High speed disperser

The hydraulic lifting high-speed disperser is designed for pre-dispersion and homogeneous mixing in industrial production.

Its hydraulic lifting structure features light weight, compact size, slight vibration and quick response for easy operation and control. The hydraulic system takes hydraulic oil as working medium; all relative moving surfaces achieve self-lubrication for extended service life. It easily realizes linear motion and equipment automation with stable, precise and frequent lifting movements. The fully sealed hydraulic system thoroughly eliminates hydraulic oil leakage.

This machine supports dissolving, dispersing and mixing products of different viscosities. It entrains minimal air during high-speed stirring, enabling rapid dispersion, dissolution and uniform blending of materials. Soft material particles can be refined with no dead mixing zones, convenient cleaning and a wide range of processing capacities.

Equipped with a frequency converter, the unit supports wide-range stepless speed regulation with digital rotation speed display. It runs stably with low noise and automatic overload protection, allowing long-term continuous operation.

As universal equipment for stirring, dispersing, dissolving and mixing liquid-solid mixtures, it is widely used in coatings, printing inks, paints, dyestuffs, colorants, color pastes, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries.
