Working Principle

Bubbles contained in liquid are mainly generated by dissolved gases escaping from the liquid during pressure reduction. Vacuum defoaming creates a low-pressure environment. The pressure difference drives bubbles out of the liquid to realize defoaming treatment.

Operating Procedures for Vacuum Defoaming

· Place the liquid to be defoamed into the vacuum vessel and seal the vessel tightly.

· Turn on the vacuum pump and gradually reduce the internal pressure of the vessel until the required vacuum level is achieved.

· Driven by the vacuum pump, bubbles inside the liquid escape to complete defoaming.

· Shut down the vacuum pump. Take out the treated liquid after the internal pressure returns to normal atmospheric pressure.

Applications of Vacuum Defoaming

· Electronic Component Manufacturing

Bubbles generated during production will adversely affect the performance and reliability of electronic components. Vacuum defoaming technology can efficiently eliminate bubbles on the surface and inside components to improve product quality and performance.

· Medical Devices

Liquid materials such as silica gel are widely adopted in medical device production. Residual bubbles will compromise product quality and service performance. Vacuum defoaming removes bubbles from liquid raw materials and enhances the quality and reliability of finished medical devices.

· Aerospace Industry

In aerospace applications, bubbles inside liquid propellants will interfere with nozzle operation and impair engine performance. Vacuum defoaming can effectively remove bubbles from liquids to stabilize engine operating efficiency.
