The grinding discs are available in eccentric, triple eccentric and annular structures arranged in a specific sequence, which enables even distribution of grinding media and high grinding efficiency. The fineness of finished products can reach micron or submicron levels.
The separation system adopts gap separators featuring large flow area, good separation performance and extended service life. The double mechanical seal assembly with forced cooling liquid delivers reliable sealing performance and stable operation.
By replacing the grinding cylinder and rotor, the machine can be converted into a high-flow circulation bead mill for processing materials requiring ultra-fine fineness, hard-to-disperse substances or temperature-sensitive products.
The cylinder and grinding discs can be supplied in various materials including stainless steel, ceramics and polyurethane to meet different product quality requirements.
